Optasoft Ltd. Has Received Funding Under The DIMOP Plusz-1.1.2.A-24 “Supporting Digital Renewal” Call For Proposals. The Company Is Implementing The Development Of The OptaRoster Digital Workforce Scheduling And Capacity Optimization System Within The Framework Of Project DIMOP_PLUSZ-1.1.2.A-24-2025-00366, With The Support Of Non-Repayable European Union Funding Amounting To HUF 31.41 Million.
The Total Budget Of The Project Is HUF 44.88 Million, With A Funding Intensity Of 70%.
The Objective Of The Investment Is To Develop A Modern Skill-Based Workforce Scheduling Solution That Significantly Simplifies And Automates Shift Planning Processes For Businesses. The System Takes Into Account The Time Requirements Of Tasks, Employee Competencies, And Labour Regulations, Enabling The Creation Of Transparent, Compliant, And Cost-Efficient Schedules.
The Development Also Includes The Creation Of Visual Reporting Tools, Capacity Forecasting Features, And The Expansion Of Decision-Support Functionalities. The Project Builds On Optasoft’s More Than Twenty Years Of Experience In Modelling And Optimisation, Contributing To Improved Operational Efficiency And Competitiveness For Businesses.
